The Vision: From Boat Hire to Boathouse Dining
Our journey began right here with the Waterline Boathouse. It was our boat hire customers who first saw the potential, often commenting on what a great spot this would be to sit, enjoy a drink, and have lunch in the afternoon.
That feedback inspired us. We started small, offering fresh prawns and oysters, and soon realised people wanted to linger. They didn’t want a rush; they wanted to spend the whole day relaxing by the water.
This relaxed, social atmosphere is exactly what we set out to create.
